PURPOSE:A cleaner for spinneret surfaces is made of a material harder than the material of the spinneret to obtain the titled cleaner which has prolonged life and keeps high cleaning effect even when it is used for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION:Blades 75a, 75b are set swingably so that they are held with two impellers 73a, 73b which are fitted swingably. The hardness of the material of blades is made higher than that of the material of the spinneret 10, preferably its Hv hardness is set to higher than 500, preferably higher than 1,000. A ceramic material of 1,000-1,300 Hv hardness made of zirconia or silicon nitride is preferred.
