PURPOSE:To enable the title apparatus to be used in any one of 4-6 cylindered internal combustion engines and to make it possible to perform operation without irregularity, by attaching a lever having a pawl provided to the leading end thereof to the front surface of a flywheel through a pin. CONSTITUTION:When the cylinder apparatus 35 of a reciprocal drive apparatus 28 is contracted and a ring body 32 is shaken to the side of a motor 4 around a pin 33 through links 37, 38, 39, an outer cylinder 22 is moved to be internally engaged with a flywheel 15 through an inner cylinder 20. By this operation, a pin 27 approaches the flywheel 15 and a lever 25 is shaken around a pin 26 and, therefore, a pawl 24 is engaged with a ring gear 47. Thereafter, an electromagnetic clutch 16 is closed and the motor 4 is driven in such a state that a projection 17 is engaged with a recessed part 18 to transmit the rotary force of the motor 4 to a rotary shaft 9 from an output shaft 5 through an one-way clutch 6 and a main shaft 45 can be rotated through a boss member 10 and the flywheel 15. |
