The invention relates to a container with cleaning liquid which consists of a plastic hollow item with a closable filling aperture. The container can also be used as a manual cleaning implement if provision is made for the plastic hollow item to be constructed as a handle which is rotationally symmetrical to its longitudinal mid-axis and has a ball-like gripping piece at one end, for the gripping piece to have the filling aperture which can be closed by means of a closure part in the region of the longitudinal mid-axis, for the handle to terminate in a flat bottom facing away from the gripping piece, in which bottom closed, easily openable outlet apertures are introduced, and for the outside of the bottom to be provided outside the outlet apertures with holding elements for fitting on a nonwoven pad.
