PURPOSE:To reduce the generated thrust ripple of a linear motor by correcting the current flowed to the coils of the phases of a linear motor in response to the irregularity of the induced voltage coefficients of the coils. CONSTITUTION:A positional deviation signal 25 between a position command input 23 and a position feedback signal 24 is damped by a speed signal 26, and it is inputted through a speed amplifier 27, and a voltage/current converter 28 to a calculator 29. The calculator 29 applies current commands 30a-30c to drive means 31 to apply an unbalance to the current flowed to the coils so that the generated thrust values of coils balance in response to the irregularity of the induced voltage coefficient of the 3-phase coils of the linear motor. Thus, the generated thrusts corresponding to the 3-phase coils can be balanced. |
