The aforementioned building acoustic and insulating board is a board whose order of magnitude is used depending on requirement. The object of the patent application is here the versatile use of said board as an insulating board or sound-insulating board or else as a building board with sound-insulating effect. This building acoustic and insulating board is produced from rubber wastes, that is to say for the most part from recycled waste tyres and from industrial rubber wastes which are bound by means of synthetic resins. Sheets or chips of plastics, such as Styropor, Moltoprenes or other equivalent plastics are inserted therein in various sizes and thicknesses as an insert (2). The rubber wastes serve as the covering. The object of this board production is to protect all materials on the construction site against sound and other noises, to store heat and protect against cold. At the same time, combinations of the aforementioned boards can be used as sound insulating walls, since as a result of their primary material and present construction, they are a very effective protection against noises and sound. They can be produced in boards of any size and thickness and also in the form of bricks of widely varied sizes and thicknesses.
