PURPOSE:To realize circuit integration providing a rectangular wave generator and a means outputting a rectangular wave of the rectangular wave generator when outputs of two correlation detecting means are opposite in the polarity and outputting the said output of the said polarity when the polarity is the same to an adder means so as to operate all the circuits in a binary signal. CONSTITUTION:Input levels to input terminals INKP and INKQ are logical H and L, and when either input is logical H, an output of an output terminal OUT is a rectangular wave regardless of the level of the other input. When both the inputs are logical L, the output is logical L and when both the inputs are logical H, the output is logical H. That is, only when either input is logical H, the output is a rectangular wave regardless of the output of the adder circuit 10 is a binary value, the output of an integration device 18 with reset goes to H/2 with the input of the rectangular wave and when both the inputs are logical H, the output of the integration device 18 with reset goes to H. The waveform is an output waveform of a control signal generating circuit 34. Thus, the waveform entirely equal output waveform of the integration device in using a conventional resistor adding means is obtained.
