<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an electromagnet device which has small magnetic reluctance and excellent accuracy of position by winding a coil where two U-shape pieces of asymmetric construction in edges are assembled in an E-shape. CONSTITUTION:Two U-shape pieces 10 wherein one edge 9a is shorter than the other edge 9b are assembled in an E-shape in an electromagnetic block 1' and made a magnetic route construction material. The part 3' where parts of the two U-shape pieces 10, 10 are assembled is made an iron core, inserted in the hole of a coil frame (bobbin) to be integrally fixed and a coil 4 is wound. The other part 2' is made a yoke. The end of the assembled part 3' is made a central magnetic pole 8a and the other ends are made opposite poles 8b, 8c. The electromagnetic block 1' is so assembled that a U-shape permanent magnet block 5 and the other ends of its both pole pieces 6, 6 are inserted in the two gaps made by the central magnetic pole 8a and the opposite magnetic poles 8b, 8c.</p> |
