<p>PURPOSE:To perform the accurate detection of temp. by preventing the shift of a temp. detection element even if the rising in the temp. of a conductor or the impact vibration thereof acts, by contacting the conductor or collector and the temp. detection element by an elastomer under constant pressure. CONSTITUTION:A temp. detection element 5 having an optical fiber 6 is arranged so as to be contacted with a conductor contact part formed by surrounding the circumference of a conductor 1 and a guide pin 2 so as to be fixed not only in an up-and-down direction but also in a left-and-right direction by an elastomer 4 such as a coil spring. By this method, because the temp. detection element 5 is vertically fixed always to the surface of an object to be measured in a closely contacted state even if thermal expansion or vibration acts, the detection of temp. can be performed with good accuracy.</p> |
