Data transmission device with a central station (1) and with stations (21...2n) connected via a data bus (8) which transmit a control criterion depending on readiness to transmit or receive. A plurality of such stations (21...2n) is intended to be connectable to a serial point-to-point interface of the central station (1). This is achieved in that a coupling device (31) assigned to a first station (21) is simultaneously provided to couple the central station (1) to a data bus (8) with separate outgoing and return lines, and that in the coupling devices (32...3n) assigned to the further stations (22...2n) a level converter (31) located in the transmission path can in each case be activated when a station (22...2n) is ready to transmit. The data transmission device is particularly suitable for telecontrol devices for the transmission of operating condition messages from intermediate stations of a communications device to a central evaluation device. <IMAGE> |
