PURPOSE:To enable to detect the pressure in the watch case directly, by providing pressure sensor in the watch with a given display. CONSTITUTION:The piezoelectric sensor 3 in contact with the back cover 13 is provided in the air-tight case 1, and if the pressure in the watch case 1 is changed, specific display is made with the display unit 2 via the decoder/driver 44 with the detection signal of the sensor 3, and failure of the watch case internal pressure such as defective air-tightness can directly be displayed. Further, water pressure exerted on the watch in water can similarly and directly be detected. |
