<p>The invention relates to a process for the manufacture of inorganic cyanides in tablets, especially sodium cyanide which comprises combining cyanide crystals with a water content of between 2 and 8% by weight with an agglomerant/agglutinant and with a stabilising agent with stirring, followed by granulation-sieving and compression at approximately 2000 to 200 kg/cm2 at a temperature of approximately 35 degree as a maximum in the form preferred. The invention also relates to the cyanide composition in tablets so obtained. This composition is preferably applicable in mining and the electrolysis industry in general.</p> |
