The invention relates to an electrolyte drink for the replacement of minerals. Palatable electrolyte drinks are obtained by flavouring with an apple base. The electrolyte drinks are particularly used for the replacement of minerals (and fluid) after relatively large fluid and mineral losses as a result of heavy perspiration.
