PURPOSE:To automate the sorting and storing work of products and prevent erroneous manual sorting by providing a product extracting unit sorting the products and storing them in individual storage boxes in a device applying predetermined machining while conveying works. CONSTITUTION:Electronic sewing machines 2-5 are arranged along a carrier conveyor 1, and a work inserting device 6 and a work mounting box 10 are arranged on the upstream side. Feeding/discharging units 11-14 are provided opposite to the electronic sewing machines 2-5 across the carrier conveyor 1. In addition, product storage boxes 25, 26 and a product extracting unit 21 are arranged on the downstream side. When the device is operated, first works X are put on the carrier conveyor 1 from the work mounting box 10 with the work inserting unit 6. Next, the works X are judged for their types with sensors of the feeding/discharging units 11-14 and are fed to either of the electronic sewing machines 2-5. After sewing is completed, products are sorted with the sensor of the product extracting unit 21 and are stored in the product storage box 25 or 26. |
