PURPOSE:To average the stock quantity of multiple-type articles by providing a linear feeder and a stock section in parallel and extracting the articles one by one with a shift unit from a slide block slided in one direction in a selective separator of multiple-type articles. CONSTITUTION:Articles on a pallet 10 conveyed on a conveyor 9 are measured by a measuring unit 11, and the fitting shim is determined by an arithmetic unit 12. Then, a shim stock jig 13 is conveyed to a shim chuck position A by a slide block 16, the shim of the jig 13 is chucked by a shift chuck 17 and is mounted on a shim overlap jig 18. Next, the tip of a linear feeder 15 is shifted to the A position by the slide block 16, and the shim from the linear feeder 15 is chucked by a shift unit 17 and is overlapped on the overlap jig 18. According to this constitution, the unbalance of the stock quantity due to the difference between selection frequencies can be prevented. |
