PURPOSE:To output a high oil pressure by installing a chock-type throttle valve into a drain oil passage for regulating pressure and allowing the pressure regulating function of a pressure regulating valve to be lost at a low temperature. CONSTITUTION:A flow-rate coefficient A is determined according to the inside diameter and the length of a choke-type throttle valve 18. By the setting of the flow-rate coefficient A, the oil discharged into a port 12a can not be discharged because of the resistance of the choke-type throttle valve 18 at the temperature below -10 deg.C. Then, a throttle valve 10 loses the pressure regulating function, and a line pressure is directly supplied into a port 12b from a port 12c. Therefore, the oil pressure in a throttle pressurized oil passage 20 acts to increase the line pressure, and a regulator valve 32 sets the line pressure in a line pressurized oil passage 22 to the highest state. |
