PURPOSE:To obtain a desired analog signal output for a digital signal input by deciding weighting with respect to conversion from a digital signal into an analog signal in response to the number of switching means set by a setting means. CONSTITUTION:When a storage cell string is selected by an input digital data, one storage cell Ief is selected among the selected storage cell string by bringing an output DSf of a write deocder 3 to a low level. A transistor (TR)Q1 of the written storage cell is nonconductive and a TRQ2 is conductive. The state is referred hereafter to as the state '1'. A current ID is supplied to a storage cell in the state '1' in the selected storage cell string from an output terminal 50 to which each output of analog converting circuits 51-5j is given. Thus, optional analog data is outputted at high speed to an output digital data by wiring the state corresponding to the converting value in advance on various storage cell strings.
