PURPOSE:To provide a composition containing a trans-butadiene polymer having a specific structure and a caprolactone polymer having a specific molecular weight, melt-moldable at a low temperature, and having balanced mechanical properties and excellent moldability and adhesivity. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by compounding (A) 95-10pts.(wt.) of a butadiene polymer having a trans-bond content of 80-95%, a weight-average molecular weight of 10,000-500,000, a molecular weight distribution of 1.2-5 and a butadiene weight fraction of >=85%, and obtained by the solution polymerization of butadiene, or a monomer mixture of butadiene and other conjugated diene, or a monomer mixture of butadiene and a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon compound in a hydrocarbon solvent in the presence of a homogeneous composite catalyst composed of a barium compound and an organic lithium compound, etc., preferably a butadiene homopolymer, a copolymer of isoprene and butadiene, or a copolymer of styrene and butadiene, and (B) 5-90pts. of a caprolactone polymer having a number-average molecular weight of 1,000-200,000.
