PURPOSE:To extend a life of a wire guide turning timely the wire guide in a conduit cable for guiding a welding wire from a pail can, to the shaft core, changing its slide-contact surface, and stabilizing a feeding property of the welding wire for many hours. CONSTITUTION:A wire guide 8 in a conduit cable 21 connected to a terminal 26 of a pail can 1 by a box nut 22 is freely rotatable together with connecting metallic fittings 23. A main gear 25 being in a wire inserting path of the connecting metallic fittings 23 is engaged to an operating gear 30 of the terminal 26, rotated by turning by a fingertip of the operating gear 30, and turns the wire guide 8. By this turning, a slide-contact surface of a welding wire is changed, and the consumption is equalized. Accordingly, a feeding property of the welding wire is stabilized extending over many hours, and the guide life is extended. In this regard, a spring 35 pressing spherical body 36 is a rotation stopper of the operating gear 30.
