PURPOSE:To realize a cross talk cancel during a regeneration only by one delay circuit by adding a regenerating brightness signal and a regenerating carrier chrominance components and thereafter canceling in the cross talk the adding signal through a comb-line filter. CONSTITUTION:A regenerating brightness signal from an LPF23 and a regenerating carrier chrominance components from a BPF33 are fed to an adding circuit 51. The output of this adding circuit 51 is fed to the comb-line filter 50 comprising the delay circuit 52 of one horizontal cycle, an adding circuit 53, and a subtracting circuit 54. The output of the adding circuit 51 and the output of the delay circuit 52 are added in the adding circuit 53, thereby, a cross talk component Yc of the brightness signal is removed, and the carrier chrominance components C are removed and as the output of the adding circuit 53, the sum of a brightness signal Y and a cross talk component Cc of the carrier color is obtained. The output of the subtracting circuit 54 is the sum of the carrier chrominance components C and the cross talk component Yc of the brightness signal and these are added through LPF55, BPF56 in an adding circuit 57 to obtain a signal having no cross talk component.
