PURPOSE:To delete unnecessary transmission data by providing a function setting variably number of additions for chattering processing time or averaging to a data transmission termial device so as to switch and change the signal transmission required time. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer (hereinafter micon) 7 is connected to a transmission line 5 via a transmission control circuit 6 to control data transmission/ reception, a data is inputted to an input signal circuit 8 and the data is outputted from an output signal circuit 9. Further, the micon 7 isconnected to a setting switch 11 via a switch signal control circuit 10. A switch of the setting switch circuit 11 is selected to designate optionally the chattering processing number to a digital data input. Moreover, the analog signal input is subject to A/D conversion, added for plural number of times and the number of averaging is designated optionally in response to the line state. Then an unnecessary data is deleted, the input data is used as it is at the reception side to improve the transmission efficiency.
