PURPOSE:To achieve good control performance through simple structure by obtaining basic injection on the basis of intake tube pressure and engine rotation while controlling stoppage, fuel supply, ignition timing, EGR, etc. of plural intake valves on the basis of said basic injection and engine rotation. CONSTITUTION:Detecting means of cooling water temperature, engine rotation, etc. as well as O2 sensor 7, intake tube pressure gauge 19, throttle valve opening gauge 8 are provided to feed the detected signals to a computor 16. At first, the computor 16 will obtain basic injection Tp from an intake efficiency table prestored in the computor on the basis of the intake tube pressure and the engine rotation. Then stoppage if intake valve 4, fuel injection, ignition timing and EGR rate are operated on the basis of Tp and the engine rotation. In accordance to the operational results, it is controlled to drive intake valve controller 12, fuel injection valve 9, ignition circuit 10 and EGR rate control circuit 13.
