PURPOSE:To enable the titled device to record and regenerate every information sent by multi broadcast of letters by separating and recording letter signal in the extract rewound tape part over rotary head by letter multi image signal. CONSTITUTION:The inputted letter multi image signal is provided to additive circuit through LPF11 and FM modulation 12, then provided to circuit 13 through BPF14 and frequency modulation 15. Only the letter double part is taken out from the separate synchronous signal and the letter doubled signal is written in RAM22. Preamble signal in the standard length and data post amble signal within RAM22 are outputted in turn from the record and regeneration part 21, and rotary head 28, 29 are written in the record medium. Image signal record part recorded by head 28, 29 and the record part separating letter signal from input letter multi image signal are formed within the entire width of tape.
