PURPOSE:To execute cutting and bending with a simple mechanism without moving a work and without mis-timing by executing simultaneously cutting and bending in the forward stroke of forward and backward operating strokes and executing further the bending by a moving cam in the backward stroke. CONSTITUTION:The work is imposed on a die 9 and cutting die 8 fixed onto a die plate 14 and the above-mentioned work is grasped and fixed between the above-mentioned dies 8, 9 and stoppers 3, 4 in the forward stroke of the forward and backward strokes. The work is cut and bent simultaneously by a cutting punch 2, by which the cut and bent work 1a is obtd. The cam 5 the stripper 4 and the punch 2 are then moved upward and the die 10 is moved toward the die 9 side by sliding the face 5c of the cam 5 and the face 10c of the cam die 10 in the backward stroke. The work 1a subjected to the above- mentioned cutting and bending is then bent between the die 9 and the cam die 10 and the addionally bent work 1a' is obtd. |
