PURPOSE:To avoid fluctuation of an oscillating frequency attended with temperature change by composing bipolar phase angles of a resonance component of a resonance circuit symmetrically in terms of vector. CONSTITUTION:In applying a control signal VC to a terminal 19 to change the mutual conductant of transistors (TRs) 17, 18 thereby changing a current flowing to each common emitter of differential pairs 10, 11, then a phase angle of a composite value and a vector fed to a resonance circuit 1 are changed. The theta is expressed by an equation, where R27, R45, R46 are resistance values of resistors 27, 45, 46, omega is an angular frequency and C is a capacitance of a capacitor 28. Even when the characteristic of the components is fluctuated attended with the variance in the components or temperature change, the fluctuation is compensated symmetrically by the differential pairs 10, 11 as phase angles theta, -theta in terms of vector, and a phase shift circuit 5 and the differential pairs 10, 11 as a vector composite section are designed independently. The differential pairs 10, 11 have a stable characteristic and the characteristic fluctuation due to temperature change in vector composite is avoided especially.
