Mounting gear for an overhead electric power line, comprising at least one arm produced from a composite insulating material, fitted to a post (1), and to which an electrical conductors (4, 5, 6) of the power line is linked, this arm exhibiting a cross-section decreasing from its area of attachment to the post (1) to its free end or each free end from which the electrical conductor (4, 5, 6) is suspended, characterized in that it consists of at least one beam (2, 3) that possesses longitudinal flexibility (arrow 7), i. e. flexibility relatively to the direction of the electrical conductor or conductors (4, 5, 6) suspended from this beam of a reversible nature and of a value between 1 and 15 mm/decanewton (daN), the beam or each beam (2, 3) furthermore extending outwards proportionately to its thickness, the ratio of the length of the beam to the thickness of its mid-section being between 20 and 100, and extending outwards proportionately to its breadth, the ratio of the length of the beam to the breadth of its mid-section being between 2 and 10.</p> |
