<p>Opening device with horizontal sliding rectangular gates, comprising two juxtaposable half-gates (3, 4), each comprising at least two opening rods (6a, 6b) and levers (8a, 8b), the levers being actuated by any suitable known means, such as shafts (9) and wheels (14), this means permitting simultaneous rotations of the levers (8a, 8b) of the same amount and in opposite directions. The connection between the rod exerting a pulling action on one of the two half-gates and the actuation mechanism is effected with considerable mechanical play (15) such that one of the two half-gates (3) opens considerably after the other, the difference in the time of opening of the second half-gate relative to the first depending on the amount of this play. <IMAGE></p> |
