PURPOSE:To enable the titled sensor to read simultaneously 2 dots in case of using a half of resolution by providing an electric current switch composed of a light detecting element and a group of transistors, and having switch over function of resolution. CONSTITUTION:When the resolution changeover terminal reaches H level, both a complementary signal terminal C and an inverse terminal C reach H level. Electric current of a fixed power source runs through a block input terminal 21, NPN transistors Tr23a, 24a. When NPN Tr26a is ON, PNP Trs 30a, 31a are ON because the signal C and the inverse C are at H level, and photo Trs 40a, 40b reach read condition. The recharging electric current of 40a, 40b is led by the image output terminal 40, so 2 dots synthesized output can be obtained. That is, Trs (a), (b) of electric current changeover switches 26-29 connected with the terminal C, the inverse C are in the condition 'ON', and selected by only the complementary signal A, the inverse signals A, B, the inverse signal B.
