A hydraulic cement composition for producing a cement shaping contains an additive comprising simple or complex aluminum sulfate, a selected water reducing agent and a selected particulate silicic compound. The composition maintains its flowability so that it can be easily placed within a framework and is cured at a temperature between 80 and 110°C to provide a cement shaping having improved compressive strength and excellent appearance.
