PURPOSE:To supply surely a lubricating liquid to the dies of die receiving plates and to improve lubricating effect by incorporating passages for supplying the lubricating liquid into the die receiving plate and guide plates as well as supporting rods for fixing these plates. CONSTITUTION:The lubricating liquid in a chamber 39 for supplying the lubricating liquid is forcibly fed into passages 36, 37 of the supporting rods 26, 26 and the lubricating liquid from the passage 36 is supplied through the supply path and branch path of the guide plate to the dies of the die receiving plate 24. The lubricating liquid is discharged from the discharge path of another guide plate 25a sandwiched between the die receiving plates 24 and 24. On the other hand, the lubricating liquid from the other passage of the supporting rod 26 is released toward drawing-out wheels 210-219 adjacent to the die receiving plates and the guide plates and is directly supplied to the base wire passing through the drawing-out wheels.
