PURPOSE:To test the normality of a high-order computer, a center and a terminal device by providing a function transmitting a data or a faulty state data to the high-order computer and a display function of a terminal device operation data transmitted from the high-order computer to the center device. CONSTITUTION:The center 3 controls correspondence between terminal devices 5 at normal operation and a terminal device operation signal received from the high-order computer 1 is transmitted to the termiinal device together with the terminal device address of destination. In conducting test, the center 3 sets an input signal data, a fault data or a state data given uniquely to a terminal device in place of the terminal device 5 as a test signaland transmits the data to the high-order computer 1 and displays the terminal device operation signal received from the high-order computer 1.
