PURPOSE:To prevent adhesive agent for optical filter plate from cracking at the time of glass sealing by putting accumulation part partially under the region of the light obstructed filter as well as setting the range of region of the light shut filter for optical filter plate under the specific value. CONSTITUTION:Optical filter plate has a belt-like pattern in the region B of light shut filter less than 2mm wide W and the region A of light penetrating filter in the place corresponding to image part 1 of the solid image element board and the region A' of light penetrating filter in the place corresponding to the center of the accumulation part 2. The position of optical filter plate is decided by position setting mark 8 excluding white color. In case of setting it over the solid image element board, adhesive agent of ultraviolet rays hardening type for optical use is used. In this case, the adhesive agent can receive ultraviolet rays sufficiently because the optical filter' region is less than 2mm wide, so that the adhesive agent can be hardened wholly and uniformly. Thus, crack of adhesive agent for optical filter plate which is generated at the time of glass sealing can be prevented.
