PURPOSE:To attain channel rearrangement by providing a channel rearranging device to each node of a loop network and applying multi-party two-way communication among plural nodes by means of time division line exchange to minimize the number of operating channels. CONSTITUTION:A center node 102 is connected to a transmission line 101 of a loop network and plural nodes 103, 105...115 are connected to the transmission line 101 in a loop. The channel rearranging devices 104, 106...116 are arranged respectively on the nodes 103, 105...115. The rearranging devices 104, 106...116 in the nodes 103, 105...115 shift logically the operating channel at each transmission/reception of the data of each node. Then the channels are rearranged to fix the operating channels of the nodes 103, 105...115 thereby minimizing the operating channel number.
