PURPOSE:To produce a laminated glass free from delamination, foaming, crack ing or strain, by cutting an inner glass plate along bent lines, and bonding the inner glass plate to the inner surface of the outer glass plate butting the cut with each other and interposing a plastic interlayer between the inner and outer glass plates. CONSTITUTION:A pair of glass plates 1, 2 cut to a definite shape are stacked. The bending lines 6 formed between the center part 3 and the front and side parts 4, 5 are heated locally with a heater, and the glass plates 1, 2 are bent along the bending lines at the same time to a definite angle. The inner glass plate 2 is removed from the laminate, and cut along the bending lines 6. A plastic interlayer 8 is applied to the inner surface of outer glass plate 1, and the glass plates 2 are placed to the inner surface of the interlayer 8 while butting the cut ends of the glass plates 2. The laminate is heated at 70-90 deg.C in vacuum to effect the deaeration and the preliminary bonding, and then heated at 110-130 deg.C under 8-13atm to effect the main bonding of the glass plates. A sealing agent 9 is applied to the inside of the butt parts of the glass plate 2.
