PURPOSE:To equalize a tape bonding force with a simple construction by fitting rotatably to a pinch roller shaft, forming a pair of ring-shaped grooves concentricly with the same shaft in the upward and downward surfaces and composing a cylinder member which links an outer circumference part and an inner circumference part at a central flexible part. CONSTITUTION:A flexible part 3 is formed almost at the central part of a cylinder member 2 which fits rotatably to a pinch roller shaft 1, and at the upward and downward directions a pair of ring-shaped grooves 4 and 5 is formed concentricly with a pinch roller shaft. When an elastic ring 6 composed of a rubber, etc., is fitted to an outer circumference part 7 of the cylinder member 2, the outer circumference of the elastic ring 6 is constructed to be concentric to the pinch roller shaft. Further, the thickness of the outer circumference part 7 is larger than that of the flexible part 3, the force of the radius direction is added and then, the flexible part 3 is more flexible. For the cylinder member 2, a polyacetal resin, nylon resin, etc., are used. Thus, with a simple construction, the tape pressure bonding can be always equalized.
