PURPOSE:To carry out securely gear parking operation and further prevent a vehicle from springing-out in the gear parking by supplying power source to an electronic control unit even after turning off the power source through a key switch. CONSTITUTION:A transistor 4 is provided in the electronic control circuit 2, and to the base of the transistor 4 are connected the ON contact of a key switch 5 connected to a power supply and an output port 2b of a central processing unit 2a provided in the electronic control unit 2 through a reverse- current preventing diodes 6, 7. To an input port 2d are connected an engine rotation sensor 8, a select lever switch 9 and the ON contact of the switch 5. Thus, in turning off the switch 5, when the engine is not stopped, a vehicle is prevented from abrupt springing-out due to the wrong operation of gear parking in the stand-by of a clutch left turned off.
