PURPOSE:To display how much a dry battery has the remaining capacity for operating equipment with small power consumption by providing many indicators which turn on and off, and allowing up to one of those indicators to illuminate. CONSTITUTION:The equipment body 1 is provided with the indicators, i.e. light emitting diodes 2a-2c and displays 3a-3c showing how much the dry element battery has the remaining capacity for operating the equipment are made corresponding to the light emitting diodes 2a-2c. Only one of the light emitting diodes 2a-2c corresponding to the capacity degree displays 3a-3c is turned on by an electric means according to the capacity of the battery and three of them are turned on unless the battery has enough capacity to operate the equipment. Thus, the degree of the capacity of the battery for operating the equipment is displayed. Further, up to one of those indicators illuminates, so the power consumption of a power source display device is reduced.
