PURPOSE:To display the logical states of plural control signals with time division so as to be clearly discriminated by detecting a point of time when a logical state is changed and its changing direction and displaying the detected point as a dot-like symbol on a display screen. CONSTITUTION:An address coincidence detector 13 detects the coincidence of address data outputted from a CPU through a bus buffer 12 with an address specified through an operation panel 14, and when detecting the coincidence, inputs the data obtained from the bus buffer 12 to a memory controller 15. A controller 17 displays the data read out from a memory 16 on the screen of a display device 18 with time division in accordance with an address, a bit word, a monitor pattern on the screen of the display device and a sampling time set up through the operation panel 14. |
