<p>PURPOSE:To control the tension applied to a recording carrier to prevent the damage of the recording carrier or the like by stopping temporarily winding of the recording carrier during the drawing-back operation of the recording carrier. CONSTITUTION:When a front end part 7a of a lever 7 is dropped into a recessed part 10 of a cam in accordance with the advance of the unloading operation, the lever 7 is turned counterclockwise. Then, the other end part 7b of the lever 7 is brought into contact with an idler arm 4, and the arm 4 is turned clockwise, and an idler 3 is separated from a supply reel base 1. That is, the press- contacting between the idler 3 and the reel base 1 is released on the way of tape drawing-back to stop temporarily winding of the tape, and the tension applied to the tape is reduced. Since the cam 10 is turned furthermore in the direction of an arrow A, the front end part 7a of the lever rides onto the cam 10 again, and the tape is wound around a supply reel R1 again. If the recessed part 10a of the cam is provided in plural positions, winding of the ape is stopped interruptedly plural times.</p> |
