PURPOSE:To prevent the resonance (dip and peak) of an intermediate area on a sound pressure frequency characteristic and to remove a harmonic distortion by installing partially a slit on the whole circumference of the corner part of the inner diameter part of an edge roll and constructing a speaker with visco-elastic adhesives on the whole circumference including the slit. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm stuck with an edge 2 having a roll 3 at the outside of the outer diameter 5 of the diaphragm 1 is constructed, the notch of a slit 6 is instaled on the circumference of a roll inner diameer 4 while remaining the part of the notch on the whole circumference, the slit is installed while an edge and a diaphragm are not completely separated, visco-elastic adhesives are equally applied on the whole circumference including the slit part 6 on a roll inner diameter 4 from the rear surface, and by bonding and simultaneously closing the clearance of the slit part, the strength, which is weak after slitting, is increased, and simultaneously, the reliability is also improved. |
