PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a sharp image, by integrally forming a large number of recording electrode wires each having a rectangular cross-sectional area to the surface of an insulating substrate so as to provide predetermined intervals therebetween and bonding an insulating lid plate by an insulating binder. CONSTITUTION:A metal film 21 with a thickness of 40mum comprising copper is applied and formed to the surface of an insulating substrate 20 comprising alumina and laser beam is allowed to irradiate said metal film 21 to form a large number of slits 23 each having a width of about 10mum at pitch intervals of 60mum so as to reach the surface of the substrate 20. A low m.p. glass film 25 is formed to the surface of an alumina insulating lid plate 24 by fusion bonding and superposed to the substrate 20 in an opposed state and both of them are thermally fused under heating to fill the slits 23 with the low m.p. glass insulating binders 25a to constitute a recording electrode unit R. By this method, the cross-sectional shape of each recording electrode 10 becomes rectangular and, therefore, a sharp image is obtained. |
