PURPOSE:To enable the record reproduction of high sensitivity by recording an electron beam image after its penetration through a sample, on an accumulative fluorescent sheet without a protective film on its surface, irradiating an electromagnetic wave to the recorded sheet for its emission of fluorescent light, and its photoelectric conversion. CONSTITUTION:At the lower part of the bodytube 1a of an electron microscope, an accumulative fluorescent sheet 10 without any protective film on its surface is placed on an endless belt set rollers 101 and 102 so that it will belong to the same vacuum system as the formation surface of a penetrating electron beam image. And a read-out part 1b with a condensing device 14 for condensing luminous light emitted from the said sheet 10 is provided to form the reproducing device 1 of the electron beam image information record. An electron beam image after its penetration through a sample 8 is formed and recorded on the sheet 10 and then laser is irradiated for detecting light emitted from the said sheet and reproducing it by a recorder 18. The non-existence of a protective film on the sheet 10, therefore, obviates the scattering of light and enables the record reproduction of high sensitivity. |
