<p>PURPOSE:To prevent chips attached to a work from dropping on a floor by providing a chip tray receiving chips dropped from a work loading rack on a lower portion of the work loading rack and a hopper on a more lower portion of the chip tray. CONSTITUTION:Chips attached to a work 8 are dropped from an opening 11 of a work pallet loading rack 5 into a chip tray 13 and accumulated. The chips accumulated on the chip tray 13 are cleaned by powder removing plates 16 and made dropping into a hopper 14 from a notch 15. A chip collecting box 26 is placed on a chip collecting position and a cam 27 is provided on the floor 3. In this position, a link 23 is put on the cam 37 and rotated within a vertical face in parallel to the traveling direction, the motion is transmitted to the hopper 14 through bevel gears 21, 20, and the hopper 14 is inclined and the chips are collected in the collecting box. When the carrier car is retired from this position, the hopper 14 is returned to the previous vertical position by action of a spring 25.</p> |
