PURPOSE:To make a picture late in speed or still to make the picture easy to see by dividing an actual image of the object through a main lens into plural same images, passing in a time series one different image out of plural divided actual images and image-picking up at a high speed with the video camera which is constructed to form an image on the image pick-up surface. CONSTITUTION:In a dividing projecting lens 8 to divide and project an actual image of an object 2 from a lens 6 into plural pieces, four lenses 8a-8d are fixed in a single body by a frame 9 on the same plane. Respective sides of the actual image of the object 2 exposed at a shutter speed of the rotating shutter 5 are reduced to the picture frame of the 1/2 size by a relay lens system 10 and divided into four pictures. Since the actual image of the object 2 by the lens 6 goes to be a parallel beam and falls to the dividing projecting lens 8, four pictures without a parallax are porojected and when a zoom lens is used for a main lens 3, four pictures can be zoomed up as a center of respective pictures.
