PURPOSE:To elevate the working efficiency, by mounting a sample on a sample support plate provided on a rotating shaft to automatically cool it intermittently. CONSTITUTION:A glowing sample 14 is set in a hole 12 of a sample fixing base 13 and a cooling time and an timer's intermittent operation time are set 15 and 16 to rotate a motor 5. As the motor 5 rotates, the sample fixing base 13 mounted on a sample support plate 9 lowers gradually to get the sample 14 immersed into a liquid tank 3. Then, a shaft 10 rises to the topmost level, the sample 14 separates from the liquid completely and upon the completion of the first cooling, an intermittent switch contactor 11 gets in contact with an intermittent switch 7 to stop the motor 5 by timer's set intermittent operation time. Thereafter, the motor 5 is driven again to start the second cooling. In this manner, the cooling of the sample 14 is continued automatically and as the set cooling time passes, the motor 5 stops to complete the cooling of the sample 14. Thus, the working efficiency can be elevated substantially. |
