PURPOSE:To obtain a small size core, easy in the control of temperature and high in the dimensional accuracy thereof, by method wherein the core of the injection molding mold is molded integrally the matrix of core, provided with a hole at the central section thereof, and a core material having better heat conduction property than the matrix cast in the hole of the matrix. CONSTITUTION:The mold for molding, consisting of a cavity mold 1 and a core mold 2, is formed with a cavity 8 between the mold 1 and the core 3 and the injection molding of a material is effected. The core 3, necessitating the temperature control, is molded integrally by casting the the core member 5 having a heat conductivity better than the same of the matrix 4 into the central part of the matrix 4 to integrate and mold it and, further, the end part of the core member 5 is projected into a temperature regulating medium path 7 formed on a back plate 6. According to this method, a small core, good in the heating and cooling efficiency and having a high dimensional accuracy, may be obtained and the molding cycle of the metal mold may be shortened. |
