PURPOSE:The titled tool for determining positioning of vitellus, capable of keeping the vitellus easily in the desired position in glair in baking fried eggs, obtained by setting an approximately ring-shaped part to surround the vitellus at the center. CONSTITUTION:The supporting part 3 consisting of wire coated with a fluorine- contained resin, etc., having a Y-shape of parallel double lines on the whole, is equipped with the approximately circular part 2 to surround a vitellus at the center, and the tips of the supporting parts 3 are folded downward, respectively, so that the first stopping parts 4 are formed, to construct the member 1 for determining positioning of the vitellus. The member 1 for determining positioning of the vitellus is placed on the ring R for baking fried eggs made of a long and narrow metal plate, the ring R is fixed by the stopping parts 4, an egg is made to flow into the part 2 to surround the vitellus, the vitellus A is baked in a circular shape by the part 2 to surround it, and kept securely at the center of the glair B which is baked in a circular shape on the ring R. The ring R for baking fried eggs having a small diameter is used, the tool 1 for determining positioning of vitellus is inverted, and the ring R is fixed by the second stopping parts 4a. |
