PURPOSE:To reduce the temperature drift of a temperature sensor to a minimum, by connecting in series a pair of sensor elements, installing a plurality of the elements producing sensor outputs from the center and setting the symmetrical axes of these respective sensor elements in approximately the same position. CONSTITUTION:As placing in the same position of the No.1 symmetrical axes (a) of sensor elements 6a and 6b made of a high-magnetic thin film resistor of an Ni-alloy for the No. sensor output and the No.2 symmetrical axes (b) of sensor elements 5a and 5b gives the same them perature T3 to the elements 6a and 6b and the same temperature T4 to 5a and 5b and consequently, each output 10 sesvirtually the temperature drift. Consequently, only a microscopic deviation of balance is caused in the electric potential of the sensor output terminal, engendering thus an easy signal processing and availability of a high positional information.
