PURPOSE:To prevent flowing of a packing member and also adverse effect on a component in the inside of a case by using plural sealing plates, providing a notch penetrated closely at one or two terminals each to each seal plate and providing a terminal passing hole having a degree to other terminal passing part. CONSTITUTION:The sealing plates 11b-11d have contact penetrating notches 12b-12d respectively and terminal passing holes 13b-13d having two degrees of freedom and are constituted differently. One terminal 9 is penetrated closely and other terminals are free of the sealing plate 11b by inserting the sealing plate 11b to a case 6 having a component. The other terminals are being penetrated closely by inserting the sealing plates 11c and 11d, but no effect is given onto the other terminals 9, the terminals are sealed while being stored in the case 6, the deformation of arrangement due to variance in the thickness of a piezoelectric porcelain oscillator 1 and the electrode plates 2-4 is prevented and then the deterioration of the characteristic is prevented.
