PURPOSE:To decrease the number of comb-shaped filters and to improve the performance by introducing a comb-shaped filter selecting circuit. CONSTITUTION:A comb-shaped filter selecting circuit 14 selects whether with a camera mode or VTR mode the signal of the camera part is passed to a comb-shaped filter or the signal of a VTR part is passed. A terminal A is a camera color signal processing circuit output, a terminal B is a video color signal processing circuit output, a terminal C is a use mode change-over switch input signal of a camera and a video, a terminal is an encoder input signal and a terminal E is a mixer input signal. For example, in the camera mode, by a use mode change-over switch input signal C, the comb-shaped filter is inserted to a camera side and a video side goes to be through. In the video mode, the camera side goes to be through and the comb-shaped filter is inserted to the video side.
