PURPOSE:To ensure close contact between the film or the like and a cooling roll by a method wherein an air path is formed independently at the rim of an air blow-off port for an air blow-off device for forming the film sheet at the side of a T-die. CONSTITUTION:A protuberance is provided near an air knife 12, the air blow-off port 5 of an air chamber of an air blow-off port at the side of the T-die 1 and the air paths are bored on said protuberance while the tip ends thereof are opened near the cooling roll 3 and the rear ends thereof are opened toward obliquely upward. The thickness (b) of the protruded section is formed thicker than the thickness (a) of the main body at the air blow-off port 5 side or the side of the air blow-off port section. The air knife 12 or the air chamber is provided independently with the air path 11 in such manner and whereby the flow of air is distributed. Accordingly, the flow speed of air may be reduced without deteriorating a force pushing the film 2 or the like against the cooling roll. |
